Welcome to The VW Camper Company. We operate a small fleet of restored Volkswagen Campers for you to rent on a self-drive hire basis. We also sell fully restored campers.

Our campers are available for holidays – from a weekend away to a week, two weeks or more if you've got the time! Make it a special occasion, something a bit different or get to that event or music festival in a bit of style.

Many of our customers hire in order to try out the whole experience prior to buying their own van. If
you buy one from us we will refund the hire fee.

You can pick-up one of our campers all year round from Adderbury, near Banbury in Oxfordshire and leave your own car in our office car park.

The holiday vans are all right-hand drive original four-berth campers (will sleep 4) and featuring the famous rock-and-roll bed downstairs, with a second full length bed in the elevating roof. Ours are the only hire vans available with this feature - other hire vans usually have just a poptop. They are fitted with fridge, sink and gas cooker as well as all the basic equipment you need for a great camping holiday.

We also hire VW campers for festivals - even during the peak season - but these may be a different specification to the holiday vans. Ask when you book.

Driving around and staying in a VW Camper van really is a unique experience and one that is open to all. We’ve yet to come across someone who hasn’t been charmed by the easy-going ‘lifestyle’, the incredible views you can get from your home-from-home and the genuine friendliness of everyone you meet along the way.
